  The 512M was launched in October 1994 at the Paris Salon as the ultimate and final Testarossa. It was also the last of the ageing flat-12 Ferraris which first came on the scene in 1973 with the 365 GT4 BB. With each evolution the styling, interior, and drivetrain were enhanced in a car that was always capable of speeds exceeding 180 mph, accelerated to 60 mph in under 5 seconds, and attained 0.9G lateral acceleration.
