Production began on the Ferrari 400 in 1976 and phased out in 1989. The 400 is a lesser-known front-engined 2+2 coup? Ferrari. The design is derived from the 365 GT4 2+2 version of the famous Daytona. It was the first Ferrari to offer an automatic transmission, in this case a 3-speed unit from General Motors. |
